    Agreement between you and The Masonic Province of Worcestershire
    
    These general Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement ("Agreement") between you and The Masonic Province of Worcestershire and cover your use of the information, software, products and services made available through worcspgl.org (the "Website"). By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
    
    This Agreement governs any use of the Website as a guest, fee paying member or otherwise.
    
    You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website and for ensuring any contact details you provide us with are correct and up to date. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and that they comply with them.

    Our Site is operated by volunteers. Their details can be provided by contacting us.
    
    3. What Does This Policy Cover?
    This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of our Site. Our Site may contain links to other websites.        4.1.7 The right to object to us using your personal data for particular purposes; and
       4.1.8 Rights with respect to automated decision making and profiling.
      4.2 If you have any cause for complaint about our use of your personal data, please contact us using the details provided in section 14 and we will do our best to solve the problem for you. If we are unable to help, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office.

       6.2.2 Supplying you with emails that you have opted into (you may unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of each email or you may opt-out at any time by emailing us directly);
       6.2.3 Analysing your use of our Site to enable us to continually improve our Site and your user experience.
