Provincial Grand Charity Steward - David L Dey

An invitation to attend a Ladies Night was David’s first contact with Freemasonry, a follow up call invited him to become a Mason and on 8th December 1995 he was initiated into Page Lodge 3378.

He became WM in 2006; received his first Provincial appointment as a Steward in 2009; promotion to A.D.C followed in 2011 and to Senior Warden in 2016 He has attended over 80 Installation meetings and has only another three years to go! David has occupied the Chair in Royal Arch and Rose Croix. He is a member of Installed Masters and Stewards Lodges, is the Provincial representative for the M.C.F. and a Visiting Volunteer for the Charity.

David and Sylvia, his wife of 50 years, have actively supported the community through their involvement with local and national charities, Sylvia was made an M.B.E. in 2007 for her charity work. His appointment as Provincial Grand Charity Steward will allow him to continue to help those in need and he looks forward to supporting Lodge Charity Stewards and the 2022 Festival for the benefit of Freemasons, their families and the Community in general.
